Our Services

When it comes time to sell, middle market businesses face unique challenges. The strategies employed by Main Street business brokers work for smaller businesses, but don't produce the same results for larger companies. If your business is producing between $500,000 and $25 million in revenue, you require a tailored approach.

MidStreet specializes in lower middle market mergers and acquisitions – specifically small and mid-sized businesses. We understand the challenges mid-market companies face, and offer a range of services designed to help you successfully market, sell, and maximize the value of your business.

Our M&A solutions include:

  • Valuations – Gain insights into the real market value of your business during a free, confidential business valuation
Exit Planning & Value Enhancement – Prepare your business for sale and take steps to maximize its market value
Effective Promotions – Tap our network of confidential marketing platforms to reach thousands of qualified buyers
Custom Video Marketing – Tell your story with personalized promotional videos, a powerful and effective marketing solution
No Upfront Fees – You don't pay until we close the deal

OBX Business Forecast

The Outer Banks (also known as OBX) is a 200-mile string of barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina. They extend southward from Virginia Beach and cover most of the Northeastern North Carolina coastline, separating the Currituck Sound, Albemarle Sound, and Pamlico Sound from the Atlantic Ocean.

As one of the most popular family beach destinations in the country, the Outer Banks’ and surrounding areas rank high on the Travel Channel’s annual America’s Best Beaches list and has been somewhere on the best beaches list since 2000.

With this repuation, comes plenty of business. In 2015, a report from the state of North Carolina showed that Dare County brought in over $1 billion in visitor spending revenue for the state. This makes Dare County the fourth-highest for total visitor spending behind Mecklenburg, Wake, and Guilford counties. As the economy continues to improve, and tourism spending continues to rise, the Outer Banks business forecast will follow suit.

If you own a business on the outer banks, or you're thinking about buying a business there, give us a call. We know the area better than any firm in North Carolina, and will help you plan and execute a successful transition.
