Perry will continue building upon the legacy created by Ronnie Thompson, and his father Billy Thompson before him.  ### About the Company Sentry Exterminating was founded by Billy Thompson in 1972 with a partner who he later bought-out. Ronnie joined the company in 1982, and grew his skillset as the owner over many years.  In 1994, Ronnie acquired a portion of the stock of Sentry Exterminating and began leading daily operations alongside his father, Billy. In 2000, Billy began phasing out of his full-time role, and Ronnie took full control of the business.  Sentry Exterminating built a fantastic reputation in the community during this time, serving over 750 monthly residential and commercial pest control accounts, with 1900 annual termite inspection routes. Mainly operating in Washington, Martin, Tyrell, and Hyde county, the business was widely known as one of the best employers in Plymouth, NC. ### How MidStreet Helped MidStreet's market program was able to attract many qualified buyers to the business. The buyer, Bill Perry was a former pest-control business owner, who had sold his business nearly ten years ago.
