About the Company

Over the last decade, Anderson Air has become a cornerstone of the Wilmington community, known for its residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. From its founding out of Justin Anderson's garage in 2013, Anderson Air grew to hire nearly 50 employees with a service area that includes both New Hanover and Brunswick County.

Seeking growth, Anderson turned to MidStreet Mergers & Acquisitions for their expertise in finding the perfect partner and local knowledge. The alliance with Columbia Home Services (CHS) emerged as a promising milestone, paving the way for growth and opportunity. This union will enhance professionalism by bringing in a larger talent pool for new hires, offering higher level positions for existing employees to aim for, and improving employee benefits. Anderson Air’s primary focus remains on servicing homeowners with their heating and air needs, with future potential expansion into plumbing and electrical sectors.

This partnership brings numerous benefits to the Wilmington community, including improved service quality, new job opportunities, and increased business capacity.
